If you're looking for the perfect Christmas gift for your 8 year old or older boy, look no further than the Nerf Stampede. It still the same plastic yellow gun that we all know and love but this toy gun is the most revolutionary Nerf gun to date. For starters, this is the first fully automatic Nerf gun in Nerf's 40 year history. It's got plenty of features including a hand grip which can also act as a pop out bipod. This allows you to line up shots perfectly and hit your target either while lying down or standing up. You'll be sniping in no time.
Although you'll mostly want to be attacking your opponent, when on defense you can even equip a removable shield. So strap this baby up for Christmas and take this bad boy out for some non stop fun. Every 8 year old boy wants one for Christmas. Best of all, you don't have to be a kid to enjoy the Nerf stampede. Older folks can enjoy it just as much. Just remember this isn't the same Nerf toy gun you grew up with.
The Nerf N-Strike Stampede ECS has the highest capacity yet for a Nerf gun. It will take a while before you run out bullets because the Nerf stampede includes 60 soft darts. There are three clips which hold 18 darts and a quick load six dart Clip included in the package.
You can either squeeze the trigger and shoot one dart at a time or hold the trigger down to automatically shoot darts at a rate of 3 per second. And better yet is that the Nerf N-Strike Stampede ECS has a range of 30 feet. This is the most realistic Nerf gun to date.
The toy gun is surprisingly huge.The only downside is that the Nerf Stampede is pretty heavy. It's about 5 pounds. This is mostly due to the fact that the Nerf N-Strike Stampede ECS requires six "D" batteries which are not included in the package.
